Some time ago John Whitehead confirmed your booking for 16/17 September this year for your club to visit us here in Coimbra , Portugal for a weekends cricket.
I have written to him recently asking for the details of your trip, hotel, arrival time etc but I have had no response.
I have already confirmed that another team is available to play as well for the second day and they also are awaiting details of their fixture.
As it is now only two weeks away we need to prepare for your tour so could you please respond.
